My first contact with Kylie was a couple months ago while my brother was still in the hospital.  She was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly.  She answered all my questions.  Discharge from the hospital was delayed a few times but Kylie kept contact with me. Eventually, he came to Charter and was welcomed with framed pictures of our family making him feel at home.  All arranged by Kylie.   His experience here has been wonderful.  Kind and friendly staff.   Knowledgeable nurses.   Food options offer variety. Our loved one has been at Charter for the past 6 months. It's so heartbreaking when you realize that you can't continue to support a loved one and need professional assistance. So far Charter memory care has been home to our loved one. The priority was safety, cleanliness, healthy comfortable home environment. The staff, aids, are very supportive, caring, friendly and there whenever you need then. Most importantly when you visit andww your loved one is content and safe.
